Who this policy covers

This policy explains what Holland Concrete Company collects when you visit our website, call us or ask for a quote, and what we do with it. We're a concrete contractor based in Holland, MI, and we collect only what we need to answer you, look at your job and do the work.

It applies to this website, starting from our home page, and to the calls, texts and emails that come from it. If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our about page covers that.

What we collect through our forms

When you fill out our quote or contact form, we get what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email, the address of the job and a description of the work, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio.

Our form runs on a third-party form service, so your entries pass through that service before they reach us. That service handles your information under its own privacy policy.

If you call us at (616) 801-4861 or email us, we keep the details you give us the same way we keep form entries.

Analytics and cookies

Like most websites, ours may use cookies, which are small files your browser stores, along with basic analytics tools. These tell us things like which pages get visited, how people found the site and what kind of device they used.

We use this to see which pages help people and which ones need work. We don't use it to identify you by name.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, set up a time to look at your job, write your quote, schedule the work and keep records of the jobs we've done.

We don't sell your information. We share it only when we have to, such as with the form service that carries your message, with a supplier or crew member who needs a job address to do the work, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request, finish your job and handle any follow-up or warranty questions afterward. We also keep job and billing records as long as tax and business record rules require.

When we no longer need something, we delete it or stop using it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep a record for legal or tax reasons, and if so we'll tell you.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Some states give their residents added privacy rights, and we'll honor those where they apply to you.

Children's information

Our website is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we find that we have, we delete it.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, and we limit who can see it to the people who need it to do your job. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through our form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the tools we use change. The current version will always be on this page.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question about your information, or want to make a request, call us at (616) 801-4861 or reach us through our contact page. We respond within 1 business day, and we'll walk you through what we have and what we can do about it.
